Our machine tools
TURNING
We use CNC turning machines to produce rotation parts. We also have Automatic Traubs to produce large quantity batch production for small size parts.We expertly meet customers’ requirements with a broad and universal range of part size from 2mm to 300 in diameter, and maximum turning lengths up to 500mm.
MILLING
We have advanced verticle milling machines to produce highly precision parts. We can machine part with lenght of 1000 mm.
CASTING/FORGING/STAMPING
Apart from machining we can provide casting and Hot forgining services. We are specialized in Shell mold casting, however with our reliable partners we can provide jobs from Sand casting, Investment casting, Upset Forging, Open die forging, close die forging, ring forgings and many other process used as input part before machining.
CUSTOM ASSEMBLY / CUSTOM FABRICATION
We can do fabrication and assembly of various parts as per customers’ requirements. We are capable of doing various type of welding processes, Bedning and Leak test process to ensure best quality to customers’ end.
SURFACE FINISH / HEAT TREATMENT
We regularly use reliable partners to provide various heat treatments and surface finishes like Zinc Coating, blackening, galvanic zinc coating, nickelcoating, anodising, powder coating, phosphate coating, annealing, quenching and tempering, vacuum hardening, induction hardening, nitrocarburizing and plasma nitriding.

GUJARAT EXPORTS is manufacturer of precision CNC machined components/parts. GUJARAT EXPO Is a family owned business started in 1978 with a name Harshad Brass Industries to serve local & domestic customers. We started business by manufacturing shirt buttons from Brass, Coconut Shell and Plastic.
With the time span we started working with all kind of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals like Brass, Copper, Aluminium, Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Ductile Iron and plastics.
